This project involved substantially rebuilding and refurbishing the school with a focus on providing future-focused teaching and learning spaces.

A total of 15 new and refurbished classrooms, and two shared learning spaces, have been created from the staged demolition and reconstruction of the school, including:

The new facilities will ensure further growth for students and ensure students receive the best education within their existing area.

  • Kindergarten learning space.
  • Learning support units.
  • A new communal hall and library.
  • Refurbishment of the Careunga building, which serves as a community hub for the school.
  • Refurbishment of the covered outdoor learning area (COLA) and carpark.
  • A new administration and reception block.
  • Landscaping works.
  • Supply and installation of solar panels to reduce ongoing electricity costs.
